Oura Ring – Evidation

The Oura smart ring wearable helps you live life to the fullest through its advanced sleep health tracking. The Oura ring helps you learn the optimal times to move and eat, and helps you get the restorative sleep you need to take on the day.

To connect your OURA ring and app, please follow these directions and images below:

• Log into Evidation app or Evidation website > middle tab (apps section)
• Connect > Oura > Log in to OURA account
• It may take a few minutes to sync. If the app shows ‘not yet synced’
• Please go back to the middle tab and flick down to refresh the app.
