How do I update my email address?

In the Evidation app:

• Tap "Profile" in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen
• Tap “Settings”
• Tap the email address field
• You’ll receive a temporary security code via email
• Enter this code on the open app screen
• Enter the new email you would like to use and tap "Save"
• Lastly, you’ll receive an email to the current account email to confirm you would like to complete the change.

_ *If you don't have access to your current account email and are unable to confirm the change, you can_ contact our Support team to make the change.

On a computer:

• Click "Account" in the top navigation bar
• Click "Edit" next to the email address field
• You’ll receive a temporary security code via email
• Enter this code on the Evidation screen
• Enter the new email you would like to use and click "Save"
• Lastly, you’ll receive an email to the current account email to confirm you would like to complete the change.
