How do I redeem my points?

Once you earn 10,000 points, you can claim your first reward. You’ll receive $10 for every 10,000 points.

To claim your reward, first make sure you’ve completed your account profile—we’ll need this information to process your reward.

To redeem on the Evidation app:

  1. Tap “My Points” at the top of the screen
  2. Tap the “Redeem your Points" button
  3. Scroll down and tap the "Get your Reward" button
  4. Tap “Done”
  5. Next, look out for an email from Tremendous* (our third-party provider) in the next 1-5 business days. This is where you’ll select the type of reward you’d like to receive.

To redeem on your computer:

  1. Click the green “Redeem” button (next to “My Points”) at the top of your screen
  2. Click the “Redeem your Points" button
  3. Scroll down and click the "Get your Reward" button
  4. Click “Done”
  5. Next, look out for an email from Tremendous in the next 1-5 business days. This is where you’ll select the type of reward you’d like to receive.
