# How do I download my data?

As part of our commitment to trust and transparency we give our community the option to export their Evidation data.

To export your data:

1. Go to your Account page on your mobile device or computer
2. Select “Settings”
3. Select “Export Data”
4. Then tap or click “Export”
5. We will email you a .json file with your Evidation data. If you need to receive the export in a different format, please contact us at help@evidation.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you want to receive data that was generated through a sponsored research or other program, please [contact us here.](mailto:https://help.evidation.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) We will escalate your request to the Evidation study or program team, or to the sponsor on whose behalf the data was collected.
